Question: How do I know if I need an NTSC Video Cassette Tape or a PAL Video Cassette Tape? (This also applies to NTSC DVDs and PAL DVDs)
You need to check your Video Tape or DVD player documentation to be 100% correct. However, if you are in the US and Canada the answer is NTSC format for Video Tapes and DVD. Most European countries use PAL format for Video Tapes and DVDs.
Here is a table that lists other countries (this table may not be complete or fully correct).
* NTSC (USA, Bahama Islands, Bolivia, Canada, Central America, Chile, Columbia, Ecuador, Jamaica, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Peru, Surinam, Taiwan, Phillippines, Venezuela).
* PAL (Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, China, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Great Britain, Holland, Hong Kong, Italy, Kuwait, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Slovak Republic, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand).
Be sure to double check your documenation for your Video Cassette Tape (VHS) Player or your DVD player before ordering.
Question: How will I know that a Paw Creek Ministries produced DVD will work with my DVD player?
Paw Creek Ministries DVDs can be made as NTSC DVDs or PAL DVDs. NTSC is a U.S. Standard and PAL is used mostly in Europe and other places outside the U.S. The DVD we send you will also be encoded for your specific region of the world no matter if it is an NTSC version or DVD version. If you need it encoded for another region let us know. There is a chance that the DVD will still not play in your player (it may be an older player, etc.) and if this occurs, please contact us and let us know.

Please note: Paw Creek Ministries ended up with many DVD problems and issues at the end of 2003 and beginning of 2004. This caused an unforeseen and significant delay in getting several of Paw Creek's VHS tapes converted to DVD format.
Yes. We do not sell, give, or rent your information to anyone. All information you provide to us stays at Paw Creek Ministries. We use Verisign to process your credit card. The Verisign system is 100% secure.
Question: When I try to order anything, I get the following error message, "An error occured, please restart shopping". What is wrong?
The Online Bookstore requires that cookies be enabled for the www.pawcreek.org site. If your "cookies" are disabled then you will get the error message when you click any "Order button" or "Order link". Internet Explorer displays a symbol near the bottom right of your browser with a red circle with a white bar through it (there is also a little gray circle with it as well) to indicate it is blocking the "cookie".

If you have already enabled your cookies and are still getting the message, continue to the next question.
Question: While I was shopping an error message came up on the screen and said, "Unexpected error: please restart shopping". What is wrong?
We were probably adding a lot of products to the database at that time or changing a lot of information about the products. When this happens any users that were looking at products will get this message because the web pages need to get all the new information. You should not encounter this very often. Just restart shopping and the database will reread the information again.
Question: Is my credit card information safe?
Yes. Verisign encrypts all credit card information so it is completely safe to use your credit card. No one has access to your credit card number except Verisign. It is not stored on our site or in any of our records.
Question: Do you ship to anywhere in the world?
Yes. We ship worldwide to any country.
Question: Do you have any materials that are not in English?
All of the materials are only available in English at the present time. If there is something that you feel would be of benefit if it was translated to another language let us know what the item is (like booklets or pamphlets) and what language you would be interested in.
Question: What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in US dollars. Your credit card company will perform an automatic conversion to your local currency for you. We will also have currency converter links available soon.
Question: What format are the videos in?
All videos on the site are available in NTSC format (the US VHS standard). Paw Creek Ministries videos are now available in PAL format. Some Paw Creek Ministries videos are also available on DVD.
Question: Does the site take anything other than credit cards?
At this time, the site will only take Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
If you want to send a check or money order (do not send cash) do the following:
1. Add all the items to your shopping cart and then click "Checkout".
2. Enter the shipping information and click "Continue".
3. You will then see your order and a message appears that says you will be prompted to enter credit card information. At the bottom of this page is a link that says, "Click here to review your order".
4. Click on "Click here to review your order". Your order will appear. You can print it and either fax or mail it into Paw Creek Ministries with your check or money order. (Do NOT send cash.)
Question: My order was under $10.00 but the shipping cost was a $1.00 anyway. Why?
There is a minimum of a $1.00 shipping charge on all orders. The exception to this is when someone only requests a free copy of the End Times Newspaper and does not purchase anything else. In this case, any shipping option selected will automatically detect the free copy and will set the shipping charges to $0.
Question: I noticed if I forget to look at any page in the bookstore for more than 16 minutes, the existing items in my shopping cart disappear. What is wrong?
If you do not access any of the pages in the bookstore for 16 minutes, the system removes the shopping cart items you have because it thinks that you have left the bookstore. To correct this problem do 1 of 2 things.
1. The first and easiest is to restart shopping again.
2. If you know you will be looking through the store at a slower pace, click the "View" button at the top of the window to view your cart. Your cart will appear and if you have items in the cart, a "Save This Cart" link will appear. Click "Save This Cart" and you will be asked what name you want to call the cart. Type in a name of the cart, click continue and the cart will be saved and will not disappear.
Question: Who do I email questions, comments, order issues, returns, problems, recommendations, and anything else about the bookstore to?
If you run across any problems or questions before, during, and after you receive your order please let the Paw Creek Ministries staff know. Click the "Contact Us" link at the top of this page to phone, mail, or email us.
We want you to be satisfied with your order. If there is anything wrong with your order (wrong items, bad quality of tape) please let us know. We do not personally inspect each and every item (like videos), so if we get a bad set of tapes for example, we may not know until a customer tells us. We will fix any problems that arise. Please note the following exception: We can not accept returns on vitamin and health products if the seals are broken.
We also want you to be to access our website without any difficulty. If you are having problems, please let us know so we can call you and resolve the issue. We have access to the technical team for our website and bookstore and we will have them contact you to resolve these issues.
